Peak Karlytau – Freeride on the Bogdanovich Glacier

Peak Karlytau is the highest point on the ridge that surrounds the Bogdanovich glacier with a long and diverse descent. It’s a favorite place for Almaty residents to ski in spring, and close the backcountry season in the early summer.
Season: March-July.
