Heliskiing in Almaty, Kazakhstan

If you want to experience the thrill of riding untouched powder without hiking for hours to reach it, ride more lines in a day than you thought possible, and discover the mountains in a whole new light, then heliskiing is for you!

Heliskiing makes use of helicopters to access hard-to-reach summits and lines, allowing you to descend thousands of metres of untouched powder in a day. Around Almaty, you’ll often be riding lines that are almost unreachable through any other method of approach – maybe even lines that have never been ridden before.

We can accommodate groups of between 5 and 10 people depending on helicopter type. Every group is accompanied by an experienced guide who is familiar with the area being ridden.

Heliskiing is not for everyone, and best suits experienced riders who are confident in the backcountry and comfortable descending lines of varying relief and levels of exposure.
